Tour itinerary: Hanoi – Halong Habour – Bai Tu Long bay – Van Gia fishing village - Halong Bay - Sung Sot cave - Halong Habour – Hanoi.

Weaving through the feet of giant limestone cliffs and crossing the centre of the World Heritage site. This trip features the unique cruising route, great combination of comfortable boat cruise and fun kayaking, mystical caves, deserted lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches in a unique area far from the maddening crowd.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay (L, D)

Am:

Be picked up at your hotel from 8h00 for 3.5 hour bus ride through the country side of the Red River Delta to Ha Long City. Upon arrival, aboard Halong Phoenix Cruiser, fresh seafood lunch (vegetarian menu available) would be served while the boat is gliding out.

Pm:

A short tender ride from the middle of the bay to an island for the famous Sung Sot Cave. As the sun sets over the bay, you are free to swim from your boat or just relax on sundeck with your favorite drink. Dinner is served with typically local seafood and overnight on boat.

 

Day 2: Halong Bay Kayaking (B, L, D)

Am:

Rise up for a breath taking on sundeck, be ready with your camera for a stunning vista in the serene bay. After breakfast, a kayaking support boat will take you further to the Southern end of Halong bay to anchor in the tranquil beauty of Lan Ha, away from the overcrowded water area. Learn some basic paddling techniques, then make your own strokes and private beaches hopping.

Pm:

Lunch (BBQ lunch on beach is at tidal permission) and swim at a private beach. More kayaking for more deserted lagoons and exploring quiet floating village. Then goes a perfect time to take in the views in the cool of the afternoon as the last rays of the sun cast reflections over this beautiful area. You would be back on the Phoenix Cruiser at the end of the afternoon. Dinner and overnight on boat.

 

Day 3: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)

Am:

After breakfast, we visit an island (Titop) and relax on its beach; it is optional to walk up to the top for the panoramic view of the anchorage area. You will learn the recipes and techniques that go into the most popular dish of the Vietnamese food. Lunch would be served when cruising back to the harbor.

Pm:

Our bus is waiting on the harbor to take you back to Hanoi. Trip ends at your hotel around 16h00.

CHILDREN POLICY


- Baby Cot is free of charge and according to availability.

- Children under 4 years will be free of charge (Maximum is 1 child)

- Children from 4 to under 9 years old (Maximum is 1 child):

Sharing bed with parents will be charged 50% the adult tour price

Sharing room with adult will be charged 70% the adult tour price

- From 9 and above will be charged as adult

- Two children under 9 years sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate

NOTES:


- Payments in VND are to be made equivalent to the amount in USD at the official exchange rate of the State Bank of Vietnam on the day of payment.

- No Shuttle bus Ha Noi – Ha Long - Hanoi: Reduce $10/ 2 ways/ pax.

- Compulsory Dinner: $25/ pax on December 24th & 31st, 2011 and January 22nd, 2012.
